Spiritual restoration requires introspection and the courage to approach God with our need for healing. Paul emphasizes in 2 Corinthians 13:5, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves."

Just as it took the joint efforts of priests and the people of Israel to restore the temple, so too does it take believers supporting one another back to wholeness.
