The altar has a ramp located on its south side by which the priests are able to ascend the alter and walk on its 4' wide outer wall. On the southwest corner of the altar's outer wall, two priests will be standing on the outer wall, one with a gold pitcher raised up over his head and the other with a silver pitcher raised over his head. Around the outside of the alter, a large number of priests carrying 5' long willow branches will be marching 5 abreast counter-clockwise around the altar.
