Jesus, according to the Bible, is the eternal Word made flesh, the radiance of God’s glory and the exact imprint of His nature. He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the one through whom all things were created and in whom all things hold together. He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, the Lion of Judah who conquers death, the King of Kings who reigns over heaven and earth. He is the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep, the Great High Priest who intercedes for us, and the Risen Savior who holds the keys to death and Hades. In Him is life, and that life is the light of all humanity, shining in the darkness, victorious, unstoppable.
