Heavenly Father,

As I approach Your throne of grace, I enter with a heart full of reverence and awe for Your eternal wisdom and plan for generations. In this moment, I pause and reflect on Your word as recorded in 1 Chronicles 8:11, where it is written, "And of Hushim he begat Abitub, and Elpaal." This scripture, while brief, serves as a powerful reminder of the continuity of life and the sacred duty of stewardship we have over our families and legacies.

Lord, I thank You for the gift of life, for the generations that have come before us, and for those who will follow us. Help us to recognize that every name mentioned in the divine record holds a story, a life lived, and a purpose shaped by Your hands.
