Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with humble hearts, seeking guidance and empowerment to live in accordance with Your Word. We reflect on the powerful truth found in 1 Corinthians 10:33: "Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved." Lord, this verse embodies the essence of Christ-like love and service, and we ask for Your help to live it out daily in our lives.

Father, we acknowledge that the world often teaches us to prioritize our own desires, ambitions, and comforts above all else. It is easy to become consumed by our pursuits, focusing solely on self-interest and profit. Yet, Your Word calls us to a higher standard. Help us, O Lord, to die to our selfishness, and awaken in us a spirit of service that looks beyond our own needs. May we strive to please not just ourselves but those around us, reflecting the love of Christ in every interaction.

Lord, grant us the ability to see others through Your eyes. Help us to recognize their struggles, their heartaches, and their needs. In a world filled with turmoil and pain, may we become instruments of Your grace, bringing comfort, kindness, and encouragement to those who cross our paths. Teach us to be sensitive to the promptings of Your Holy Spirit, guiding us to bring peace and hope to the weary and downtrodden.

We ask, Father, that You give us the wisdom to navigate the complexities of relationships and situations we face. Help us discern when to speak a word of affirmation, when to offer a helping hand, and when to simply listen. May our actions be grounded in love, not seeking our own benefit but the benefit of others. Lord, let us be conduits of Your mercy and grace. As we seek to please those around us, keep our hearts aligned with Your will, so that our words and actions may lead others toward salvation.

We pray for those who are lost and broken, those who have yet to experience the saving power of Jesus Christ. Enlighten our hearts and minds to the importance of our role in their journey to know You. Instill in us a deep desire to share the Gospel, both in word and deed. Let our lives be a testimony of Your goodness and transformative power, leading others to seek You for their salvation.

Help us, Lord, to cultivate a spirit of compassion and empathy, understanding that each person we encounter bears the weight of their own burdens. Father, let our hearts be stirred by the needs of the marginalized, the poor, and the oppressed. May we challenge ourselves to engage with those who feel overlooked and forgotten, to stand up for justice, and to advocate for the powerless.

As we navigate our roles in our families, our workplaces, and our communities, remind us always that our primary goal should be to glorify You through our actions. Enable us to lead by example, showing that true fulfillment comes not from seeking our own gain but from pouring ourselves into the service of others. Allow our lives to reflect the radical love of Jesus who Himself laid down His life in the ultimate act of selflessness.

Finally, Father, we ask for strength and perseverance in our commitment to serving others. There may be times when we grow weary or discouraged. Empower us through Your Holy Spirit to remain steadfast in our efforts, reminding us that each small act of kindness contributes to Your Kingdom work.
