Heavenly Father,

In the stillness of this moment, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence. We reflect upon the profound words of 1 Kings 5:7, where it is written, "And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed be the LORD this day, which hath given unto David a wise son over this great people."

Lord, we thank You for the legacy of wisdom and leadership exemplified by Solomon, the son of David. As Hiram rejoiced at the news of Solomon's wisdom—a gift undoubtedly bestowed upon him by Your divine hand—we too rejoice in the understanding that wisdom is a treasure we can seek and strive for today. Father, I ask that You pour out Your wisdom upon us, in the same way You granted Solomon supernatural insight and discernment. For we recognize that true wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord, and I pray that we may cultivate a heart that reveres You above all else.

Grant us, O Lord, the ability to navigate the complexities of our lives with clarity and purpose. Just as Solomon was tasked with leading the people of Israel, instill in us the qualities of a discerning leader. In our homes, workplaces, and communities, let our words be filled with wisdom, and let our actions reflect the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Father, in a world where knowledge abounds yet true understanding seems scarce, help us to be vessels of wisdom and peace. Illuminate our minds and hearts, O Lord, that we may see beyond mere appearances and grasp the deeper truths that You reveal. As Hiram praised You, blessed be Your name forever, for You are the source of all wisdom.
