Heavenly Father,

In this sacred moment, we come before You inspired by the heart and spirit of the great craftsman, wrought in the furnaces of divine wisdom, Who carved His name into the annals of history through the skilled hands of the widow’s son from the tribe of Naphtali. Lord, we reflect on the masterful abilities of Hiram, the son of a Tyrian craftsman, as recounted in 1 Kings 7:14, who was blessed to bring forth beauty and excellence in brasswork for your magnificent temple. We stand in awe of how You empower individuals to fulfill their destinies, crafting their lives into testimonies of Your grace and majesty.

O Lord, as Hiram was filled with wisdom, understanding, and cunning, we beseech You now to fill our hearts with such divine qualities. In an age filled with distractions and the noise of the world, grant us a discerning spirit to recognize Your calling on our lives. Help us to earnestly seek wisdom, for Your Word declares in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault.

May we not merely seek earthly knowledge but rather a profound understanding and insight rooted in the fear of the Lord—an understanding that transcends the superficial, enabling us to navigate life’s myriad of choices.
