And Lord, we also pray for clarity and understanding. Jonah's mission did not come without trials and tests; in fact, he faced his own moments of doubt. We ask that, like Jonah, we might recognize our shortcomings and confess our reliance upon You. Help us not to resist Your ways, but to submit to Your perfect plan for our lives, trusting that You are in control.
Gracious God, let our restoration not be just physical but also spiritual and emotional. Revive our hearts, refresh our spirits, and rekindle our passion for You and Your purposes. Show us how we can contribute to the restoration of our communities, whether through acts of service, words of encouragement, or standing up for justice. Let our lives be a testament to Your restoring power.
