Let us be vigilant against the temptation to trust in our own understanding or the allure of worldly wisdom. Your ways are higher than our ways, and I submit to your lordship, asking for guidance in every decision and direction.
I pray, Lord, that You would kindle a fire in our hearts like the fire upon the brazen altar, purifying us from within and igniting a passion for holiness and righteousness, a longing for more of You. Let our lives be living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto You, for that is our reasonable service.
