Father, as You turned the hearts of the Syrian bands away from Israel, I ask that You intervene where there is division and enmity in our lives. Send forth Your angels to bring about a spirit of oneness. Activate a divine strategy to quell those areas of discontent within our relationships, workplaces, and neighborhoods. Convert hearts that are hardened, just as You have the power to soften the stoniest of hearts.
Help us to understand that true strength lies not in seeking to destroy our adversary, but in providing kindness that may lead to transformation. Equip us with the weapon of love, which can overthrow hatred. Empower us to prepare this great provision, our love, sharing our resources, time, and talents with those around us.
