If we have been cast aside, let us remember that You still see us, just as You saw Mephibosheth, even in moments of despair and neglect. Activate our spirits with hope and fervor to strive for the life You desire us to live. Help us to see ourselves not as outcasts but as heirs of Your kingdom, worthy of Your love and promises.
Lord, grant us the courage to voice our hopes, as Ziba relayed Mephibosheth’s prayer to David. Help us to articulate clearly our desires to You and to the people in our lives who can assist us. Let us never be weary in seeking, for when we ask, we receive; seek, and we shall find; knock, and the door shall be opened unto us.
