O Almighty God, our loving Father in Heaven,

We come before You with hearts filled with gratitude and reverence, acknowledging Your sovereignty and the boundless love You pour upon us. Today, as we meditate on Your Holy Word, particularly the profound truth found in Acts 10:38, we earnestly seek to understand the depth of this scripture: ‘How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.’

Lord, we praise You for the anointing You bestowed upon Jesus, Your Son, who walked this earth, embodying goodness, mercy, and healing. As we reflect on His life, may we be inspired by His example—an example of perfect obedience, compassion, and selflessness. Help us to grasp the significance of the anointing He received and the power that was at work within Him. We ask, Father, that You, too, anoint us with the Holy Ghost and with power, that we may carry forth Your will here on earth.

Fill us, O Lord, with Your Holy Spirit that we may be empowered to do good in every situation we encounter. Equip us to be instruments of Your peace and love. Let our actions reflect the heart of Jesus, reaching out to those who are suffering, marginalized, and oppressed, because we know that You desire all to come to the knowledge of the truth. Guide us in our daily lives to perform acts of kindness and mercy that reveal Your character to those around us.

As Jesus did, may we be moved with compassion for those who are distressed and afflicted—whether it be through physical ailments, emotional strife, or spiritual bondage. May we mirror His love and extend our hands in healing, bringing hope to the hopeless and strength to the weary. Father, we pray that You grant us discernment to recognize the needs of others and the courage to act. Help us to chase away the shadows of despair with the light of Your Gospel, bringing life where there is death, and joy where there is sorrow.

We recognize, dear Lord, that the oppression we see in the world today is often a tactic of the enemy, the devil. We stand firm in the truth that You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy. Help us to walk in this authority—not out of arrogance, but with deep humility and love. Let us never take for granted the power of the Holy Ghost that dwells within us.

Equip us to break chains and unlock prison doors where Satan has bound our brothers and sisters. May our words, inspired by Your Holy Spirit, become a balm for the wounded and a source of liberation for the captives. Lord, let us carry forth Your message of hope and salvation, knowing that with You, all things are possible.

We plead that Your presence remain with us, as it was with Jesus. May Your Spirit lead us not just in the great moments of our lives but in the mundane, everyday workings. Let us find joy and purpose in the smallest of deeds, understanding that every act of love contributes to Your divine plan and glory.

We pray also for those who are currently oppressed—not only physically but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Lord, we ask for Your miraculous healing in their lives. Grant them wholeness and restoration, and ignite within them a desire to seek Your face.

We beseech You, dear Father, to revive our hearts and fill us afresh with Your Spirit. Let our lives be marked by Your goodness, power, and the love of Jesus. May we go forth boldly, not discouraged by the challenges we face, but encouraged by the promise that ‘God was with Him’, and therefore, He is with us too!
