Heavenly Father,

In the midst of our journey through life, we come before You, bowing in humble reverence, to seek Your guidance and strength. We reflect on the profound truth found in Acts 16:4, where it is written, “And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.” Lord, You have appointed messengers to carry forth Your decrees, and like them, we ask for Your anointing as we strive to share Your word and Your love within our communities.

Father, we recognize that the apostles and the elders were bestowed with great responsibility—a responsibility to guide the early church in Your truth. Just as they delivered decrees to strengthen and uplift those they encountered, we, too, desire to embody that spirit of service and commitment. May we boldly carry the message of Your grace—a message that serves as a roadmap for our lives.

We pray, Lord, for a clear understanding of the decrees You desire us to impart. May Your words penetrate our hearts and stir our spirits, empowering us to not only grasp their significance but to live them out daily.
