A Prayer for Boldness in the Spirit

O Gracious and Eternal Father,
We come before Thy holy throne today, united in spirit and heart, as we gather in humble obedience to Your Word and purpose. Fill us, Almighty God, with a profound sense of urgency. May the urgency to share Your love and salvation overshadow any laziness or apathy we may feel. Remind us daily of the great commission, instilling in us a deep burden for the souls around us who do not yet know You. Let our prayer be that we would never shy away from speaking of Your greatness, Your mercy, and the hope we find in You.
Lastly, we pray for that shaking of the ground, that mark of Your divine power, to extend beyond just this moment. Let it touch our communities, our workplaces, our families, and our relationships. As we step boldly into the world, empower us to bring transformation, hope, and healing to those who are lost and in need of Your light.
We lay down our fears at the altar of Your mercy, confident that with the filling of the Holy Spirit, we too can speak boldly, just as the apostles did. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer.
