Heavenly Father,

I come before You this day with a heart full of gratitude and awe for Your marvelous ways. I turn to You with the words found in Exodus 1:20 from the King James Version, which states, "Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty." These words remind us of Your goodness and the favor You bestow upon those who serve You with sincerity and courage.

Lord, I recognize that the midwives in this scripture demonstrated incredible bravery and faithfulness in a time of dire adversity. Despite the peril they faced, they chose to honor You by preserving life where death was commanded. Let their example inspire me to stand firm in my convictions, even when confronted by challenges that seem insurmountable. Help me, O Lord, to approach each situation in my life with the boldness that comes from my faith in You.

Father, I pray that You would bless those who protect and nurture life, just as You blessed the midwives. I am reminded that their actions were not in vain; You dealt well with them, and in doing so, multiplied and strengthened Your people. I ask for the same divine favor upon all caregivers, the protectors of life, and those who endeavor to make a positive impact in our world today. May they feel Your presence and know Your hand is upon them as they fulfill their calling.

Lord, grant me the wisdom to discern Your will in my life. Just as the midwives acted with courage, I, too, want to live a life that honors You. Help me to navigate the trials I face with grace and integrity. Empower me to trust in Your plans - plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future. May I remember that You are with me in every circumstance, guiding my steps and illuminating the path before me.

As Your Word states, "the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty," I also seek to be a part of that increase in Your Kingdom. May my endeavors lead to growth – not just within myself but also in my community and among those around me. Lord, help me to be a source of encouragement and strength for others, to uplift those who are weary, and to share the message of Your love and salvation.

In this journey of faith, I ask that You cultivate within me a spirit of compassion, dedication, and resilience. Let my heart be attuned to the needs of those who are struggling. Just as the midwives acted with compassion, may I respond to the urgency of needs within my reach. Let my actions reflect the love of Christ so that others may see You through me and be drawn closer to Your grace.

God, I also recognize that the favor You extended to the midwives was not merely for themselves but instrumental in the deliverance of a whole nation. I pray for our own nation and the world at large. In times of uncertainty and strife, let us look towards You for wisdom and courage. May Your people rise up, bolstered by the strength You provide, to advocate for justice, righteousness, and mercy. Let us multiply in faith and good works, becoming mighty witnesses of Your Kingdom.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unwavering love and the blessings You have reserved for us. I hold onto the truth that You deal well with those who serve You faithfully. I trust that as I walk in obedience, I will see Your Mighty Hand at work in my life and in the lives of others. May Your will be done, and may I be a vessel of Your glory.
