As I meditate on the verse from Genesis 18:9, where the visitors asked Abraham, "Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent," I am reminded of the significance of Your plans and purposes unfolding in our lives, often regarded in the quiet places of our hearts and homes.

Lord, thank You for the example of Abraham and Sarah, who waited on You for a promise that seemed, at times, to be distant and improbable. You are a God who meets us in our uncertainty, a God who seeks us out, even when we are hidden away, just as Sarah was in the tent. I pray that, like Abraham, You give us the faith to believe and the courage to step forward into Your calling, even when the timing challenges our understanding.

Teach us to hold firmly to hope, even in our darkest hours, when our prayers seem unanswered and our own understanding falters. May we take comfort in knowing that You have a plan, even when we cannot see it, and that You are working all things for our good and Your glory.

Lord, as we reflect on Sarah's position in the tent, we recognize the beauty of her role in the family as the keeper of the home, the nurturer of dreams and promises. Let us honor the spaces we occupy as sacred, believing that through them, we foster the seeds of destiny that You plant within us.
