Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, I am filled with awe and gratitude for the incredible creation that surrounds me. In Genesis 9:3, You declared, "Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things." These words remind me of the abundance and provision You have generously bestowed upon us. I raise my voice in praise for Your loving kindness, and I acknowledge the bounteous gifts You have provided through the natural world.

Lord, I thank You for the sustenance that comes from both the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom. I marvel at Your divine wisdom, how You crafted a world filled with such variety and richness. You have given us the ability to cultivate, to nurture, and to partake in the fruits of the earth and the blessings of the creatures that roam freely. Thank You for the nourishment that feeds my body. Thank You for the grains, the fruits, the vegetables, and the protein You have so graciously supplied us.

As I reflect on this provision, I recognize the weight of responsibility that accompanies it. In the granting of permission to consume every moving thing that liveth, You also entrust us with stewardship over the Earth. May I never forget that every animal, every plant, is part of Your intricate tapestry of life. Help me to see the beauty and purpose in each creature You have created, and to honor the sanctity of life in my interactions with them.

Father, I pray for wisdom and discernment in how I treat the gifts of Your creation. Remind me to be mindful of my choices and their impact not just on my life, but on the ecosystems that support us all. As I enjoy the meat and the produce You provide, may I do so with a heart that is grateful and a spirit that is responsible.
