Allow me to rest in the assurance that Your power is not distant nor dormant but active and alive. Let the knowledge of Your brightness brightening my life be a shield against fear and doubt.
O Lord, I yearn for the fullness of joy and peace that comes from trusting in Your power. May I reflect Your light to those around me, helping others to see You through my actions and words. Equip me, O God, to be a beacon of hope in a world shrouded in darkness. May others draw near to Your light because of the light that shines within me.
