O Eternal and Gracious Father,

As the night embraces the world and shadows fall upon the earth, I lift up my soul unto You, for my heart aches with a fervent desire to know You more deeply. Your Word, spoken through the prophet Isaiah in chapter 26, verse 9, reverberates in my spirit, echoing a yearning that cannot be quenched by the mundane or the earthly. "With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early."

Indeed, Lord, in the quiet moments when the world is still, I turn my gaze to You. I seek Your face when the stars adorn the skies and the moon casts its gentle glow upon the earth. In those sacred hours, I find a sanctuary where my soul communes with You, where my worries dissipate and my spirit is lifted. Help me, Father, to always seek You early, to make time for You before the noise of the day consumes me.

Teach me, O Lord, to prioritize our relationship above all else. Let my thoughts be drawn to You as the sun arises, illuminating the world around me. May my soul blossom like the flowers in spring, reaching for the warmth and the light of Your presence. I desire to start each day wrapped in the warmth of Your love, anchored in the truth of Your Word.

I pray for discipline, for the eagerness to pursue You in prayer and meditation, for the comfort of Your Scriptures to guide me. May my spirit find strength in Your truths as I seek You with a relentless heart. Just as You invite us to come to You, grant me the boldness to approach the throne of grace with confidence, bringing every desire, every joy, and every burden before You.

Father, help me to understand the gravity and the weight of Your judgments upon the earth. Your justice, Your righteousness, they teach and instruct a world that so desperately needs to see the light of Your truth. I acknowledge that Your ways are higher than our ways and that in Your sovereign judgment, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. Help me to be a vessel of Your righteousness, to embody Your teachings in my actions and in my speech, so that others may witness and recognize Your divine nature through me.

Lord, I pray for our world, so filled with unrest and strife, that Your judgments would call us to repentance. May Your truth pierce the hearts of the lost and blind, awakening them to the need for righteousness. As I seek You early each day, I ask that You open my eyes to the opportunities around me—to share Your Word, to show love, and to offer grace to those who are searching. Let my life be a beacon, a testament to the hope that is only found in You.

I thank You, O Sovereign Lord, for the invitation to draw near to You, for the assurance that as my soul longs for You, I am met with Your unfailing love. Each night, as I close my eyes, may I reflect on the ways You have moved in my life, and each dawn may I rise, filled with eagerness to seek You anew.

With my spirit within me, I commit to this pursuit, for I know that every moment spent in Your presence transforms me, reshaping my heart and renewing my mind. You are my desire, my pursuit, my life’s fervent hope. In Jesus’ precious name, I pray, Amen.
