When I am tempted to linger in self-pity, remind me to lift my eyes to You, for You are my Redeemer. Help me to draw strength from the wells of salvation, knowing that You have a plan for my life that encompasses healing, restoration, and joy. Teach me to embrace the delays and the detours, understanding that they may lead me to a deeper encounter with You.
As I reflect on the truth of Isaiah 54:6, Lord, I am overwhelmed by the understanding that my past does not define my future.
