Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts that are heavy yet hopeful. We lift up our souls to You, for You are the God of our refuge in times of trouble. Jesus, our Savior, You endured the greatest trial of all, and You exemplify perfect trust in the face of suffering. It is by Your example that we find the motivation to stand fast in our own challenges. Help us to embody Your love even in hardship, that we might radiate Your glory in dark places, just as Jeremiah did.
In closing, we ask for Your grace to fill our hearts and minds with peace. Teach us to wait patiently for Your answers and to remain faithful in our assignments. May we be willing to abide in our own metaphorical prisons until You call us forth into new life, equipped with testimonies that bring honor to Your name.
