Raise up voices of truth and justice, warriors for the oppressed, who will stand against the corruption and evil that seeks to destroy the innocent.
Lord, You see the battles we face, the wars that rage around us—both physical and spiritual. I ask that You would empower Your people to be instruments of Your peace and justice in the world. Equip us with courage to confront the powers that be, to challenge that which is unjust, and to testify of Your righteousness in every sphere of influence. Help us to remember that while worldly might may seem overwhelming, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.
God of recompense, I know that vengeance belongs to You, and I place all my concerns in Your hands. Restore what has been lost, heal what has been broken, and bring justice where there has been none. Let our cries reach Your ears as we seek Your intervention in the midst of despair. In our darkest moments, let us remember that You are at work for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.
Finally, I commit this prayer into Your loving hands, trusting Your perfect timing. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the name of Jesus, our Redeemer, I pray, Amen.
