O Lord, our God, who reigns in heaven and earth, I come before You with a humble heart, acknowledging Your greatness and magnificence. In Your divine word, You have beckoned us to live in love and unity, reminding us through Leviticus 19:34 in the King James Version, "But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God."

Heavenly Father, we hear Your call to love and acceptance, and we recognize that we are all travelers in this world, journeying through life together. You have commanded us to treat the stranger among us as one of our own, to extend our arms wide in hospitality, kindness, and compassion. Grant us the grace to recognize the individuals who cross our paths not merely as guests or outsiders but as fellow children of God deserving of our love and care.

Help us, Almighty God, to dismantle the walls of division that separate us, walls that are built on bias, prejudice, and misunderstanding. May we be agents of peace and harmony, standing firm against the tides of hatred and exclusion that often seep into our communities. Teach us, O Lord, to see beyond the superficial differences of race, culture, and creed that divide us, so that we may embrace the rich tapestry of humanity that reflects Your beauty.

As those who dwell among us—be they immigrants, refugees, or the marginalized—come seeking shelter and solace, instill in us the urgency to respond with love. Let our hands be hands of healing and our words be words of encouragement. May we offer more than mere tolerance; let us extend the warmth of our hearts, our resources, and our lives to those in need.

Lord, remind us continually that our love for others is rooted in our love for You. As we nurture relationships with those who are different from us, may we be reminded that we are loving You in action. Your great and profound love for us prompts us to express the same love toward others.
