As I read Your Word, I am reminded of the potential You see in each of us. You do not measure us by human standards or the apparent size of our spheres of influence, but by our faithfulness to carry out Your will in all things. Help me to keep my eyes fixed not on the reward, but on the righteousness of being faithful. Remind me, Lord, that it is not the volume of service but the heart behind it that matters to You.
