A Prayer for Justice and Righteousness

O Lord of Hosts, we come before You today with hearts humbled and bowed, recognizing Your everlasting authority and perfect justice. Restore the bonds of marriage and remind all of us of the sacredness of our vows. May our hearts align with Your divine will, seeking purity and fidelity in all our dealings. Let us be witnesses of Your love and righteousness, reflecting the faithfulness You exhibit toward us.

We beseech You, Lord, to bring conviction upon false swearers—those who use Your name for deception. Help us to speak with integrity and truth, to be people of our word in every situation. We yearn to reflect Your honesty in a world filled with lies and half-truths. May our lives be testimony to Your goodness, demonstrating that truth and righteousness carry greater weight than worldly gain.

Heavenly Father, in this prayer, we remember the vulnerable: the hireling oppressed by unjust wages, the widow alone and hurting, and the fatherless seeking guidance. We are grieved by the plight of the downtrodden, and we ask that You stir in us a compassion that leads to action. May we advocate for those in need, providing support and resources to lift them from their struggles. Let not our hearts grow cold or indifferent to their cries for help.
