Heavenly Father,
As I bow before Your throne in humble adoration, my heart overflows with gratitude for the incredible sacrifice that was made for my sins on the cross of Calvary. Lord, I reflect on the profound events described in Matthew 27:51-53, where Your Son, Jesus, breathed His last, and in that moment, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
Oh God, what a significant moment in history this was! That veil, which separated the Holy of Holies from the rest of the temple, was no longer a barrier to Your presence. Thank You for the access that was granted to us through the blood of Jesus. I am thankful for the grace that was extended to us at the cross, a grace that calls me to be more like Christ each day.
