Almighty and Eternal Father,

I come before You in humility and reverence, seeking Your divine wisdom and understanding. As I meditate on the profound truth found in Psalm 115:5, where it is declared, "They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not," I am reminded of the importance of true sight and sound that honors You in all aspects of our lives.

Lord, we live in a world full of noise and distraction. Many voices clamor for our attention, yet they often speak emptiness and lead to confusion. I ask You to open my eyes and ears to discernment, that I may not only hear what is said but truly understand the intentions and truths behind the words. Help me to focus on Your voice—the still, small whisper that guides me in all righteousness and truth. May my heart discern Your heartbeat in the midst of chaos.

In my daily walk, let me not be like those who have mouths but do not speak wisdom, who choose silence over building others up with words of love, truth, and hope. Give me a mouth that proclaims Your goodness and mercy, so that I may reflect Your character in every conversation, in every interaction. May my words be seasoned with grace, bringing forth encouragement to those who are weary and strength to the faint of heart. Reveal to me the power of the tongue, that it can bring forth life or death, and help me to use it to glorify You.

Open my eyes, Lord, that I may see not just the physical world around me but the spiritual realities that lie beyond. In a culture that often blinds itself to what truly matters, help me to see the needs of others, the beauty of creation, and the depth of Your love for all humankind. Impart to me a vision that aligns with Your will, so that I may contribute to the advancement of Your Kingdom. Let me be a vessel who sees beyond the superficial and embraces the profound truths of Your Word.

Father, I also pray for those around me who are like the ones described in Your Word, who have eyes yet cannot see, and mouths yet cannot speak of the glory that is found in knowing You. I beseech You, send forth Your Holy Spirit to open their eyes to the light of the Gospel. May they feel the warmth of Your love and the assurance of Your grace. You have the power to transform hearts, and I pray for those who are lost, that through the testimony of our lives and words, they may be drawn to seek You wholeheartedly.

Help me to be a beacon of Your truth in a world where many conform to lesser realities. Instill within me a passion for proclaiming the hope of Christ, so that my life may speak volumes even without words. May my actions reflect the love and grace You've poured into my heart. Help me to walk in the light, so that others may be attracted to You, the source of all life and truth.

Lastly, dear Lord, as I cultivate my relationship with You, let my mouth be a tool of proclamation, singing praises, and declaring Your faithfulness. Grant me the insight to know when to speak and when to remain silent, that I may always act in accordance with Your divine will.

Thank You for the gift of sight and sound, and thank You for Your Word that guides us. In all things, may Your will be done, and may You be glorified through my life. I pray this in the precious name of my Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
