Heavenly Father,

I come before Your majestic presence this day with a humbled heart, recognizing Your sovereignty over all creation. I hold on tightly to the words of Psalm 28:4, which says, "Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert." In times when the darkness of wickedness surrounds us, I find solace in Your righteous judgment, knowing that You see all and will deal justly with the deeds of men.

Lord, I lift to You those who walk in wickedness, whose actions seem to flourish while righteousness struggles to survive. You are the God of justice, and to You alone do I entrust all judgments. As Your Word declares, You will recompense those who pursue evil with the consequences of their own making. I pray for those whose hearts are hardened to compassion and integrity, who deliberately choose the path of deceit and treachery.

Father, it grieves me to witness the suffering that arises from such wicked acts. I pray earnestly that Your divine hand would be upon them. May they come to realize the weight of their actions and the impact of their endeavours not just on others but upon their own souls. Open their eyes to the truth of their ways, that they might seek repentance and restoration before it is too late.

Restore justice to those who have been wronged. Lord, You promise in Your Word that the wicked will not go unpunished, and I cling to this promise as a lifeline for those who suffer under the weight of injustice. May Your righteous judgement rain down upon the earth, bringing to light the hidden deeds of darkness, illuminating the hearts of those who engage in scheming and corruption.

As I reflect on this passage, I understand that there is a time for everything under the sun, including a time for judgement. I am not to harbor feelings of vengeance or bitterness, but to leave the matter in Your capable hands. Help me, Lord, to embody Your grace even when surrounded by ungraciousness. Let my heart be filled with love, compassion, and understanding, so that as I pray for justice, I do so with the desire for redemption and healing.

Give strength to those who feel powerless against the machinations of the wicked, who are often loud and proud in their pursuits. Help them to hold fast to their integrity and faith, trusting in Your timing and the assurance that ultimately, Your justice will prevail. May they find comfort in knowing that You are aware of every tear shed and every heartache borne as a result of injustice.

Heavenly Father, I ask you to empower Your children to stand for truth and righteousness, even when it is unpopular or met with scorn. Let us not grow weary in our well-doing, knowing that our reward is not always seen in the here and now, but it is coming to those who remain steadfast and faithful. Strengthen our resolve to advocate for the oppressed, to be a voice for the voiceless, and to shine Your light in the darkest corners of our world.

Lastly, I pray for Your mercy amidst judgment. While Your justice is necessary to uphold what is right, Your desire is that all would come to repentance. Let the fear of the Lord induce a change of heart in those who have strayed far from You. May they turn back before it is too late, accepting the grace You generously offer.
