O Lord, our God, the One who has predestined our paths and cradled us in Your loving embrace from the very moment of our conception, I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude, reflecting upon the profound truth embedded in Psalm 71:6 which proclaims, "By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee."

Almighty Father, I acknowledge that my life is not a mere coincidence, nor is it solely the result of chance or circumstance. From the moment You breathed life into my being, You designed me with purpose and intention. You have sustained me, carried me, and upheld me through every moment, both the triumphs and the trials. Even before I drew my first breath, You were there, watching over me, a constant presence guiding my every step.

Lord, I am reminded that You were the very one who formed me in my mother's womb, knitting me together with care and intricacy. How marvelous it is to think that I carry within me the fingerprints of Your creativity and love! You breathed into me the breath of life, instilled me with Your Spirit, and woven within me a tapestry of potential and hope. I stand in awe of Your handiwork, acknowledging that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, as Your Word assures us.

As I reflect on the past, I see Your hand at work in the joys and sorrows I have encountered. In my infancy, You held me close, protecting me from harm and infusing me with grace. Through each stage of my development, You have guided my steps, bringing along mentors, friends, and loved ones to assist and uplift me. Thank You, Lord, for the people You have placed in my life, who’ve shared in my joys, comforted me in my grief, and served as reminders of Your love.

Gracious God, I pray for Your continued strength to be my anchor in the seasons of uncertainty and change. The world around me may seem tumultuous, but Your promise assures me that I am not alone. I trust in Your providence to lead me in every situation I face. I find comfort in knowing that the same God who formed me in secret is watching over me today. May I, like David, declare with confidence that "my praise shall be continually of thee."

In moments of doubt or fear, remind me of the powerful truth of Your unfailing love. Help me to trust that You have never failed me and will not begin now. Teach me to look back on the tapestry of my life and recognize the threads of Your faithfulness. Let not my heart become weary in well-doing; instead, may it be rejuvenated as I recount the many ways You have come through for me, time and again.

I pray that my heart overflows with praise that flows forth to honor You; may my words reflect Your glory and grace in all that I do. Create in me an unquenchable desire to know You more deeply and share of Your goodness with others. May my life be a testimony of Your love, reflecting the light of Christ in a world desperate for hope and healing.

As I move forward, O Lord, I re-commit my life into Your capable hands. I know that whatever lies ahead, I will be firmly rooted in the knowledge that You are with me, that You are for me, and that Your love shall sustain me until the end of my days.

Thank You, Lord, for holding me up from my very beginning, for the journey thus far, and for the promise of Your presence always. My heart will sing Your praises now and forevermore. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
