Heavenly Father, our hearts are filled with gratitude as we come before You in prayer today. We acknowledge Your greatness, Lord, and we honor Your holy name. As we reflect on the words from Psalm 72:18, ‘Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things,’ we are reminded of Your majesty and Your endless capacity for doing good.

Lord God, we declare Your praises and exalt You above all creation. You are the God who does wondrous things, the One who orchestrates the universe with precision and care. We stand in awe of Your power, which is manifest in the beauty of the world around us - the intricate design of nature, the changing of the seasons, and the vast expanse of the heavens. Each swirling galaxy and the intricate detail of a single flower speaks of Your creative genius.

We thank You, Father, for the wondrous works You’ve done in our lives. Each day, we witness Your grace, mercy, and provision. You have rescued us from despair, healed our sicknesses, and provided for our needs, not because we deserve it, but simply because You are good and faithful. You have been a stronghold in times of trouble and a source of strength when we felt weak. Indeed, You do wondrous things, and we are grateful.

Lord, we recognize that Your wondrous deeds go beyond the physical. You change hearts and transform lives. We rejoice in the truth of salvation, which comes only through You, and the redeeming power of Your love. We remember the times You drew us near, when You opened our eyes to the truth of the gospel. Thank You for the relentless pursuit of our hearts; thank You for calling us out of darkness into Your marvelous light.

In this fast-paced world that often overlooks the divine, help us to be conscious of Your continuous work in our lives. Open our spiritual eyes to see Your handiwork in every detail. May we never take for granted the miracles that unfold may seem ordinary to some but are extraordinary to those who know the power behind them. Teach us to be watchful and grateful, allowing our hearts to sing praises at the acknowledgment of Your loving providence.

Lord, as we reflect on our communities and the world at large, we earnestly seek Your intervention. May Your wondrous works extend into the lives of those around us. We pray for healing in the broken places of society, restoration for those who have lost hope, and provision for those in need. We ask for Your light to shine brightly amid darkness and confusion. If You can do wondrous things in our lives, we trust that You can do them in the hearts of those we intersect with daily.

We ask You, Father, to empower us with the Spirit to recognize opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Inspire us to be agents of Your wondrous works, reflecting Your love in our actions. Encourage us to step out in faith, serving and loving others as You have loved us. May we be vessels, instruments of Your grace, allowing others to witness Your wondrous deeds through our lives.

As we close this prayer, we lift our voices and hearts in worship and adoration. We proclaim with the psalmist, ‘Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.’ We give you thanks, praise, and glory for the wondrous works You have done, are doing, and will do.
