Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the profound way You have revealed Your Word to us. Your scripture in Titus 1:3 reminds us that,

"But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour." What an awe-inspiring truth it is that You have chosen to communicate Your wisdom, love, and guidance through the sacred acts of preaching and teaching!

Lord, I thank You for the gift of revelation. In a world often filled with confusion and despair, your words serve as a beacon of hope and clarity. You have woven Your message into the fabric of human history, demonstrating Your intimate desire for us to understand the depths of Your love and purpose. I stand in awe of the way You have orchestrated the delivering of Your Word, raising up messengers who boldly preach the good news of salvation, hope, and redemption.

O God, as I reflect on this powerful verse, I realize the calling that lies within it. You have not only revealed Your Word but have also entrusted it to Your servants, placing a heavy yet glorious responsibility upon our shoulders. I come before You, seeking to embrace this calling with humility and fervor. I pray that I may be a vessel of Your truth, committed to sharing the message of Your love and grace with those around me.

Help me, Lord, to recognize the times and places where You have called me to speak Your Word. May I never take for granted the opportunity to share the good news of Your Saviour, Christ Jesus. Equip me with wisdom and courage to proclaim Your message, regardless of the challenges I face. Grant me the strength to preach not only with my words but also through my actions, embodying the love of Christ in every interaction. May my life be a testament to Your transformative power, drawing others closer to Your heart.

Father, I am aware that preaching is not always received positively. Many may turn their backs, reject Your message, or be indifferent to our attempts to share. Give me grace in those moments. Let me carry the words of Paul in my heart, remembering that it is not me who is being rejected but You. Help me to persevere through discouragement and to find comfort knowing that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish the purpose for which You sent it.

Moreover, I lift up those who are called to preach—pastors, teachers, evangelists, and missionaries. Strengthen them, Lord, and grant them steadfast courage as they fulfill their divine commissions. May they be enriched by Your presence and empowered by Your Spirit. Surround them with support and accountability, and shower them with Your blessings as they faithfully proclaim Your truth.

In moments of doubt or hesitation, remind us of Your glorious commandment, which equips us with both authority and responsibility. Let Your Spirit guide us to proclaim that very Saviour who has committed to our care this precious gospel message. May we remember that His love compels us to share, and His grace sustains us in our efforts.

Finally, Lord, I pray for the hearts of those who will receive Your Word through the preaching of others. Softenen their hearts to embrace the truth, open their ears to hear Your voice, and kindle a desire within them for a deeper relationship with You. May they find peace in Your presence and joy in Your salvation.

Thank You, God, for manifesting Your Word in due time. As I continue on this journey of faith, help me to remain true to the calling You have placed upon my life, always seeking to glorify You in all that I do. In Christ’s name, I pray, Amen.
