Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, I remember the profound truth found in 1 John 5:11-13, where it is proclaimed that "this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." I humbly bow my heart, longing for a deeper understanding and appreciation of the incredible gift of eternal life that You have granted to us through Jesus Christ, Your beloved Son.

Lord, I thank You for the assurance that is locked within these sacred words. You have not left us in darkness, but instead, You have provided us with a clear revelation—that life does not merely reside in the world around us, but it is found in the person of Your Son, Jesus. Help me to grasp the weight of this promise fully and to lean wholly on Him for my salvation. Let this truth sink in my heart, delivering me from any fears that may arise about my eternal standing with You.

Father, I proclaim my faith in Jesus Christ, acknowledging that “he that hath the Son hath life.” I ask that my life may be a testament to this truth. May my actions, my words, and my very being reflect the life of Christ within me—His love, His peace, and His joy. Help me to live each day, not just as someone who possesses life, but as an ambassador of that life to those who do not yet know You.

In a world filled with uncertainty, I cling to the reality of Your promise—"he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." Let this understanding drive me to share the Gospel fervently and compassionately with others. Open my eyes to those who are lost, those living in despair and hopelessness without the knowledge of Your Son. Empower me, Lord, to be a vessel of hope and truth, sharing the message that there is life through Jesus Christ.

I pray for those in my life who do not yet know You—the family members, friends, and even strangers whom I encounter daily. May I not grow weary in praying for their salvation. Give me the courage to speak Your name boldly, sharing the light of Your love that draws people to eternal life in Jesus. Grant me the wisdom to know when to speak and when to listen, so I can truly meet their hearts' needs and point them to You, the source of all life.

As Your Word continues, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life.” I rejoice in this assurance! Thank You for allowing me to know that I have eternal life through my faith in Jesus. You do not want Your children to live in doubt or fear, but in confidence of the promise of eternal life.

Lord, I pray that You strengthen my faith day by day, that I may continue to believe in the name of Your Son. Help me to deepen my relationship with Him, to cultivate a life enriched by prayer, study of Your Word, and fellowship with other believers. Keep me steadfast in my walk, that I may experience the fullness of life that is in Christ.

As I conclude this prayer, I ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon me—refresh my soul, renew my mind, and empower my heart to pursue the life You’ve promised. Thank You, Lord, for the great gift of eternal life, which is found only in Your Son, Jesus Christ. May my life be a living testimony of Your grace and love, reflecting the assurance I have in You.
