O Eternal Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth, we come before You today with humble hearts, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in our lives. We acknowledge Your greatness, and we honor You for the way You lead Your children through the storms and valleys of life. Today, we reflect on Your precious word, as recorded in II Chronicles 11:2, where it is written, "But the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah the man of God, saying..."

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the examples in Your Word that show us that You are a God who speaks to those who seek You. Just as You spoke to Shemaiah, we earnestly ask that You would speak to our hearts today. May Your Holy Spirit be our guiding light, illuminating our paths, and giving us clear direction in moments of uncertainty. We recognize that in this chaotic world, it is so easy to lean on our own understanding, yet Your Scripture reminds us to trust in You wholly.

Instill in us an unwavering faith, like that of Shemaiah, who obeyed Your command without hesitation.
