Heavenly Father, in the quiet moments of this night, I turn my heart and mind to You, echoing the words from 2 Samuel 7:4, "And it came to pass that night, that the word of the LORD came unto Nathan, saying."

Lord, I thank You for the gift of Your Word. Through it, we find comfort, wisdom, and direction. Just as Nathan received Your message in the stillness of the night, I, too, humbly approach Your throne of grace, seeking Your counsel and clarity for my life and circumstances. I recognize that in this world filled with noise and distractions, it is essential for me to be still and hear Your voice.

Father, I pray for a spirit of discernment that I may recognize the truth of Your Word. Speak to me in my moments of solitude; let Your voice penetrate the depths of my heart and soul. Clear away any doubts, fears, or distractions that cloud my judgment. May my spirit be sensitive to Your leading, just as Nathan was open to hear Your command. Teach me to cultivate a heart that seeks You above all else, for Your word is living and powerful, able to transform and guide every aspect of my being.

Lord, as I wait for Your voice, I ask for patience and faith. Help me to trust in Your timing, knowing that sometimes Your answers come in the still of the night when I least expect them. Remind me that Your plans are perfect and sovereign; they do not come according to my understanding but by Your divine purpose.
