Lord, I also pray for the leaders of our communities and workplaces. Grant them insight and integrity as they navigate their responsibilities, ensuring that they create environments where diligence is encouraged, and where everyone has the opportunity to work and thrive. Above all else, dear Lord, may we always keep our gaze fixed upon You.
