Heavenly Father,

In Your mighty presence, we bow our heads and hearts, recognizing Your divine wisdom and authority that govern our relationships and the sacred bond of marriage. We come before You, invoking the spirit of love, understanding, and mutual respect within the institution of marriage, as guided by Your Holy Word.

Lord, we lift up every wife who seeks to understand the depth of the call to submit herself unto her own husband, as it is fit in the Lord (Colossians 3:18, KJV). We recognize that submission is not a matter of inferiority, but a divine order that reflects the beauty of Your creation. It is by yielding ourselves to one another in love that we embrace the fullness of Your design. We ask for Your divine intervention and blessings in marriages that may be struggling with this concept of submission. When discord arises, may wives and husbands alike resort to Your teachings, reminding themselves and each other of the importance of unity and mutual respect in their marriage.
