A Prayer of Recognition and Empowerment
"Sure, here is the King James Version (KJV) of Ephesians 1:19-20: And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places." - Ephesians 1:19-20

Heavenly Father,
As I come before You today, I am deeply moved by the incredible truths found in Ephesians 1:19-20. Your Word declares, "And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places." Lord, I stand in awe of Your might, a power that not only created the universe but also raised Jesus Christ from the dead.
I thank You for the revelation of the exceeding greatness of Your power. It is beyond human comprehension and reaches into the depths of my weakness. When I feel small, unworthy, or incapable, reassure me that Your power is made perfect in my weakness. Help me to understand and fully grasp the immeasurable strength that is available to me as a believer, a strength that transforms trials into triumphs, despair into hope, and death into life.
Lord, as I meditate on this scripture, I am reminded of the incredible sacrifice of Jesus. The resurrection represents the ultimate victory over sin and death. I pray that my heart stays focused on this powerful truth. Help me to live each day in light of the resurrection, knowing that the same power that raised Him is at work in me. Fill me with that power, that I might be equipped to face whatever challenges come my way, having confidence in Your ability to work through me.
Dear God, I desire for Your power to flow through every aspect of my life. Fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I may be a vessel of Your grace and truth in this world. Open my heart to be sensitive to Your leading, that I might not miss the divine opportunities to serve others and reflect Christ's love. May Your strength carry me through moments of despair, doubt, and discouragement.
I pray for the body of Christ, that we, too, may recognize the mighty power You’ve placed in us and live in a way that honors this gift. Let us come together in unity, encouraging one another to step out in faith, trusting not in our abilities but in the exceeding greatness of Your power. Equip us, O Lord, to be a bold and fearless church, shining Your light into the darkness, bringing hope and healing to a broken world.
As I reflect deeper upon the truth that You set Christ at Your own right hand in the heavenly places, I am reminded of the authority He has over all things. Lord, help me to submit my worries, anxieties, and burdens to Him. You have granted Jesus dominion and were willing to elevate Him beyond all principalities and powers. Teach me to cast my cares upon Him, knowing His reign covers all aspects of life.
I pray also for those who may feel powerless today. Help them to see the hope found in Your Word. May they come to realize that they, too, have access to this mighty power through belief in Christ. Flood them with peace and courage, enabling them to rise above their struggles, knowing they are not alone.
Lord, as I close this prayer, I ask for the grace to live out this truth. Let my life be a testimony to the exceeding greatness of Your power. May my thoughts, words, and actions draw others to the light of Your hope, pointing them to the same resurrection power I have received. I surrender my life and its challenges into Your capable hands, trusting in the miracle-working, life-giving power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
In His mighty name, I pray,
Amen.
