Heavenly Father,

We gather before you today in humble reverence, standing in awe of Your mighty power and infinite wisdom. As we reflect upon Your words from Exodus 9:20, which proclaims, "He that feared the word of the LORD among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses," we are reminded of the weight of Your commandments and the importance of obedience in our lives. Lord, we confess that we are often distracted by the noise of the world around us, yet today we seek to cultivate a deep and abiding fear of You—one that leads to swift action and a heart aligned with Your will.

Father, as we meditate on this verse, we are struck by the image of those who truly feared Your word, recognizing its authority over their lives. Help us to honor Your word as the ultimate truth, realizing that it was given to us not to restrain or restrict us but to liberate us. In our daily lives, may we carry this reverence into our decisions, relationships, and choices. Let it guide us in every conversation, alignment of our priorities, and interactions with others. We also pray for our leaders, just as Pharaoh had servants who heeded the voice of the Lord.
