Here lies a powerful testament to Your ability to elevate the humble, to transform the darkest of circumstances into glorious new beginnings.

Lord, just as you orchestrated the unexpected summons of Joseph from the depths of the dungeon to the exalted presence of Pharaoh, I pray that you will also orchestrate my elevation in Your perfect timing. I feel beset by challenges and dark moments, whether they be personal struggles, professional trials, or spiritual battles. But I find solace in the knowledge that You are the One who delivers and redeems, transforming our lowly state into positions of honor.

In this sacred moment, I confess my frustrations and weariness as I wait for my breakthrough. I ask for the strength to endure the waiting periods, knowing that even the dungeons of life serve a purpose under Your watchful eye. Help me to understand that the trials I face are but temporary, and are shaping me into the person You desire me to be. Father, as Joseph prepared himself to stand before Pharaoh, he took the time to shave and change his raiment. Teach me, Lord, the importance of preparation.
