Heavenly Father,
As we humble ourselves before Your exalted throne, we come with hearts full of gratitude and reverence for the wondrous plan of salvation You have orchestrated throughout the ages. We stand in awe of the profound mystery of the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah 53:12, where it is written, "Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
Lord, we cannot fathom the depth of His suffering. Jesus, who was blameless and pure, willingly bore the sin of the world, taking upon Himself the weight of our transgressions. In this act of immense love, He poured out His soul unto death. How can we ever express the gratitude we owe to You, our Savior? Thank You for sending Your Son to be our Shepherd, guiding us away from the path of destruction and towards the light of Your grace.
