O Lord, our Compassionate Creator, we come before You with heavy hearts as we reflect upon the depth of Your mourning for the people of Moab, as expressed through the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah 48:31: "Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; mine heart shall mourn for the men of Kir-heres." In this moment of prayer, we ask that You teach us to share in that profound empathy and sorrow, just as You do for all who wander from Your path.

Father, we acknowledge the vastness of Your heart, a heart that sees and knows every soul, understands their pain, and weeps for those who reject You. Just as You wept over Jerusalem, we ask that our hearts be stirred with Your compassion. Lord, grant us the ability to weep for the lost, the broken, the outcast, and those ensnared by sin, just as You weep for them.
