Most Gracious and All-Powerful Lord God of Hosts,

Clear our minds and hearts of any lofty thoughts and replace them with a spirit of humility, recognizing our dependency on You in all things. Help us to rejoice in our weaknesses, because it is in our weaknesses where Your strength is perfected. Let our lives be testimonies of Your grace, showing that true greatness lies not in self-exaltation but in serving others and glorifying You.
Lord, lead us in a repentance that lasts. May we encourage one another to walk in humility, speaking gently and truthfully, correcting one another with love, and seeking unity in the Body of Christ. Let us not be envious of the proud but strive to elevate those who are in need. It is through compassion and service that we manifest Your love in this world.
Finally, as Jeremiah’s words remind us of the gravity of Your opposition to pride, let us hold fast to the truth of Your word. May we always be ready to humble ourselves before You, confident in the knowledge that You oppose the proud but give grace to the humble (James 4:6). Rise up, Lord, against all forms of ungodliness. We trust in Your promise of visitation, that Your justice will prevail, and that the proud will find themselves humbled before the Almighty God.
