Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, recognizing the sanctity and depth of the words spoken by Your Son, Jesus Christ, as recorded in John 11:25: "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live." Lord, what profound comfort and hope Your words bring into our lives! We gather in Your presence, seeking to understand and embrace the truth of this divine declaration, acknowledging that it holds the key to our faith and our eternal destiny.

Almighty God, as we reflect on this powerful proclamation, we are reminded of the transformative power of faith. In a world that often feels shrouded in darkness and despair, we thank You for the light of Your resurrection—the assurance that death is not the end, but merely a passage to everlasting life. We are so grateful for the promise that through belief in Your Son, we, too, are granted the gift of eternal life. Lord, we acknowledge that there are moments in our lives when we encounter the shadow of death: the loss of loved ones, the pain of separation, and the fear of our mortality. Each loss can deeply wound our spirits, leaving us grappling with sorrow and grief. Yet, Your Son reminds us, "he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live."
