Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with humbled hearts, acknowledging the vastness of Your wisdom and the depth of Your understanding. As we reflect on the words spoken in John 7:15, where it is written, “And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?”, we are reminded of the marvel and wonder that often accompanies Your divine revelation. Lord, Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We stand in awe of how You reveal Yourself and Your truth to those whom You choose, often in ways that defy our human understanding.

O God, we recognize that sometimes we may feel inadequate or unqualified, as the learned men of the day felt when they beheld the wisdom of Jesus. Help us to remember that true knowledge and understanding come not from our earthly education alone, but from a heart fully submitted to You. Lord, teach us that wisdom is not confined to the classroom or the halls of academia but is found in the depth of relationship we cultivate with You.
