A Prayer for Repentance and Renewal

O Heavenly Father,
We come before Your throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing our need for Your mercy and guidance. Instill in them a fear of You that causes them to rule with justice and righteousness, turning their hearts away from the temptations of power and greed.
Finally, Lord, we thank You for Your patience and unfailing love. We trust in Your promise to forgive and restore when we come humbly before You. Help us to embody the spirit of Jonah’s message, proclaiming hope and repentance wherever we go. May our cries reach Your ears, transitioning us from destruction into a new life under Your sovereign grace.
