Heavenly Father,

Like Joshua and the Israelites, we too must prepare our hearts and minds for the confrontation that lies ahead. Empower my spirit to recognize where I need to confront challenges head-on and where I must wield the wisdom of peace and retreat. Let my trust in You be unwavering, reminding me that Your ways are higher than my ways and that the outcomes of these endeavors are in Your omniscient hands.

Let us not be driven by fear but by a confidence rooted in Your promises. Embolden us with courage, and help us to face our fears with humility, knowing that it is through You that our strength is renewed.
