Gracious Father, You are aware of the burdens I carry. You see the hearts of those who rise up against me, casting their disparaging words like arrows aimed at my character, soul, and resolve. They do not relent; their whispers pierce through my days, their devices and schemes constructed to bring me down rather than lift me up. Yet, in this moment of distress, I turn my thoughts to You, the righteous judge and protector of my soul.

Lord, grant me the strength to face these trials with grace. Help me to remember that the stronghold of my life is found in You alone. When I feel overwhelmed by what is being said against me, may Your presence be a shield around my heart. Remind me, Lord, that You see all; You know every painful word hurled my way, and You understand the hurt behind each mocking smile.

I pray for wisdom, my Heavenly Father. Shower me with clarity so that I may discern the intentions of others. While I cannot control their actions or words, help me manage my response. Teach me to react with love, and not with bitterness or anger. May I be steadfast in prayer even when faced with adversity, leaning on the strength that only You can provide.
