O Holy and Sovereign Lord,

We come before You in reverence and gratitude, acknowledging Your greatness and Your power over all creation. As we turn our hearts and minds to Your Word, we reflect on the profound truth spoken in Leviticus 11:45: "For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy."

Lord, You are the God who delivers, the God who saves. You rescued the Israelites from the bondage of Egypt, just as You have saved us from the depths of our sin and despair.
