Heavenly Father,

I pray that You instill within us a heart that embodies these qualities.
Father, I ask that You would guide our leaders, managers, and those in positions of authority to embrace a spirit of gentle stewardship rather than harsh rule. May they recognize that leadership is not about dominance or oppression but about service and uplifting those around us. Help them to remember that everyone deserves dignity and consideration, just as You view each of us with love and honor.
In a world where the struggle for power can often lead to a culture of rigor and harshness, let us be lights in the darkness. In doing so, let us fulfill the command of loving our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31).
