Heavenly Father,

As I come before You today, I am reminded of the powerful words of our Lord, Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Book of Luke, chapter 16, verse 11: "If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?" Lord, this verse ignites a deep contemplation within me concerning the nature of stewardship and the responsibilities You have entrusted to each of us. I turn to You now, seeking both wisdom and strength to embody the faithfulness required in this life.

Father, I recognize that the material wealth and resources we possess—this "unrighteous mammon"—are temporary and fleeting. They are but tools in our hands, instruments meant to be used wisely, reflecting Your generosity and love. Help me, Lord, to view my possessions not as my own, but as gifts from Your bounteous hand. Teach me to release my grip on earthly treasures and instead invest in the treasures of heaven that are eternal in nature.

Lord, I confess that there have been times when I have fallen short in my stewardship. Moments when I have prioritized my own desires over the needs of others, when I have hoarded rather than distributed, and when I have squandered the blessings I have received. I seek Your forgiveness for these actions. Transform my heart, O God, so that I may seek after the true riches that come from being faithful stewards of both my resources and my time.

Grant me the grace to understand that my management of these worldly goods is directly connected to my walk with You. May I realize that being faithful in little, in the small tasks and the small amounts, sets the foundation for greater responsibilities in Your kingdom. Help me to reflect on how I can manage my finances, my talents, and the time You have granted me in a way that glorifies Your name and advances Your purposes here on earth.

Instill in me a heart of generosity, a spirit that delights in giving, and a commitment to serving others. Remind me that every act of kindness I extend, every resource I share, and every moment I utilize for the benefit of others are investments in the true riches You promise. Open my eyes to the needs around me and empower me to be a beacon of Your love through my faithful stewardship.

Lord, as I strive to be faithful in managing the "unrighteous mammon," remind me of the greater calling that lies in being a steward of grace, compassion, and mercy. I yearn to not only manage my resources well but also to reflect Your character in all my dealings. Help me to be mindful of those who struggle economically, emotionally, and spiritually. May I be a channel of hope for them by faithfully sharing what I have and offering my time and attention.

I pray that You would prepare my heart for the true riches that come from living a life marked by faithfulness. As I learn to trust You with my finances, my abilities, and my relationships, I ask that You would reveal to me the abundance of Your blessings. Allow me to experience the fullness of joy that comes when I live according to Your ways.

As I conclude this prayer, I earnestly seek assurance that You are watching over me, nurturing my faithfulness, and preparing me for greater things beyond my imagination. Thank You, Lord, for the opportunity to be a steward in Your kingdom. May my life reflect Your glory as I navigate this earthly journey, knowing that true wealth is found in faithfulness to You.
